The Advisory Council will be on December 12, 2016 at 9:00 am in the kitchen. The Advisory Council is an important part of the center. The members help decide on new programs and activities at the center and help decide how we can better serve the seniors of Wilson County. All members of the center are invited to attend these meetings. See Sandra if you would like more information.
On Thursday, December 22, 2016, we will have a potluck lunch for all seniors. The center will provide the ham, and we ask that everyone bring a side dish (Appetizer, dessert, vegetable, etc) to share. Lunch begins at 12:00 noon.

DINE OUT CLUB
Our next Dine Out trip will be to Smith's Red & White Restaurant and Grocery in Dortch's. We will have lunch (on your own) and a chance to shop for our holiday goodies at the store, Because of so many no-shows for Dine Out, we have instituted a $2.00 charge for transportation to all the Dine Out dates. This money will help defray the costs of gas and providing volunteer driver lunches. The date is December 21, 2016 and we will leave the center at 11:00 am. A signup sheet will be available on the board.
The center will be closed on the following dates in celebration of the upcoming holidays: Friday, Monday & Tuesday, December 23, 2016 & 26-27, 2016 (Christmas); and Monday, January 2, 2017 (New Year's).
