March Happenings

The monthly meeting will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 9:00 am in the kitchen.  Meetings will be held every month on the second Monday.  All members of the center are invited to hear about upcoming plans for the center.  We will also take suggestions about activities and events that you would like to see. Please plan to join us.
You may have noticed a few changes around the Center.  The wood around the building has been covered with vinyl to give it a newer look.  The Exercise Room has new carpet and some new equipment.  We received 2 treadmills, but one of them was missing crucial pieces.  Those pieces have been ordered and we hope to have the second treadmill up and running shortly.  We are working on more treadmills for the room.

Chair Exercise classes are now offered every Tuesday through Friday at 8:00 am.  Non early risers may rerun the session at 9:00 am.
We will be offering a Chicken Salad Lunch bag on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Included is a Chicken Salad sandwich, chips and pickle.  Bags are $3.00 and you can sign up for one in the office.

The winner of the coloring contest for February was Julia Ellis.  Congratulations!!  The coloring club meets every Tuesday beginning at 11:00 am in the kitchen.  All are welcome for this relaxing and fun activity.  Bring your own book and crayons/pencils or use the ones that we have.
